軌道電動平車的供電方式簡單說一下
軌(gui)道(dao)電(dian)動(dong)平(ping)車有很多種(zhong)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)方式可選,我們現在就軌(gui)道(dao)滑(hua)觸線供(gong)(gong)電(dian)來說一下,軌(gui)道(dao)作為(wei)車輪行走的軌(gui)道(dao)和(he)電(dian)軌(gui),有36v單相(xiang)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)。
為(wei)軌(gui)道電(dian)動平車(che)(che)提(ti)供單相電(dian)容電(dian)機的(de)電(dian)力(li),因(yin)為(wei)行(xing)走軌(gui)道也叫饋(kui)電(dian)軌(gui)道,所(suo)以需(xu)要軌(gui)道之間、車(che)(che)輪(lun)和車(che)(che)身之間的(de)絕(jue)緣。鋪設軌(gui)道時(shi),需(xu)要進行(xing)一些特(te)殊的(de)絕(jue)緣處(chu)理(li)。
因為沒有電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜,所以可靠(kao),不(bu)(bu)怕燙,不(bu)(bu)怕砸,不(bu)(bu)妨礙交叉運(yun)輸(shu),容易實現遙控和自(zi)動化,非(fei)常方便廠區的(de)運(yun)輸(shu)布(bu)局。但其軌道施工要求較高,必(bi)須保證軌道絕緣(yuan)。由于(yu)軌道低壓(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),這種電(dian)(dian)(dian)動平車不(bu)(bu)會(hui)發生觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)事故。但由于(yu)啟動時電(dian)(dian)(dian)流較大(da),線路(lu)末端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)降較大(da),超過(guo)運(yun)行(xing)距離(li)時,軌道應加銅排(pai)補(bu)償線。當運(yun)行(xing)距離(li)較長(chang)時,必(bi)須增加降壓(ya)變壓(ya)器的(de)數量。
